You can return most products within 3 days of delivery** if:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is significantly different from what was shown

- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with (for hygiene reasons — skincare, wellness)
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
4. Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or guide you to ship it back
5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return

- **Prepaid orders:** Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- **COD orders:** Refund via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days
- **Store credit:** Instant store credit if you prefer that over a refund
